Wellbeing recovery

Using travel as a response to emotional stress or heartbreak can be more than just an escape. It can actively support mental healing and personal growth, especially in a world that may feel emotionally disconnected or self-focused.

One major benefit is perspective. Leaving familiar environments exposes you to new cultures, lifestyles, and ways of thinking.

Visiting places like Lisbon or Kyoto can remind you that life is much broader than your current pain. This shift in perspective can reduce the intensity of emotional distress and help you reframe your experiences.

Travel also promotes mindfulness. When you are navigating a new place, whether walking through Charles Bridge or exploring nature in Banff National Park—you become more present in the moment. This presence can interrupt cycles of overthinking and anxiety, giving your mind a break from emotional strain.

Another key benefit is rebuilding identity. Heartbreak can make people feel lost or disconnected from themselves. Traveling allows you to step outside your usual roles and routines, offering a chance to rediscover who you are independently. You make your own decisions, try new things, and regain a sense of control.

Travel can also restore faith in human connection. Even if society sometimes feels selfish, meeting new people (locals or fellow travelers), can reveal kindness and shared humanity. Small interactions can challenge the belief that others don’t care.

Finally, travel encourages emotional release. Being in a new environment can make it easier to process feelings without the constant reminders tied to familiar places. It creates space for healing rather than avoidance.

While travel isn’t a cure-all, it can be a powerful tool for gaining clarity, rebuilding strength, and reconnecting with both yourself and the world around you.

Safety for single travellers

As an organisation, we have been curating travel-based events for over 30 years. A key priority for us is the careful selection of each destination. Our experienced ground teams live and work in the locations we feature, providing first-hand knowledge of the area, current trends, and the most worthwhile experiences.

The same level of care and attention is extended to individuals who choose to travel independently. Our guidance includes clear recommendations on suitable areas to visit, as well as any locations that may be restricted, in line with official travel advisories issued by the UK Foreign Office.

How many in an average group

Our Group Size Philosophy

We believe the magic of our experiences lies in genuine connection.

That’s why our average group sizes typically range between 10 and 20 people. This size allows everyone the opportunity to be seen, heard, and truly included — while still enjoying the energy and diversity that comes from being part of a group.

We intentionally avoid groups larger than 30 people. When numbers grow too big, it becomes difficult to remember everyone’s names, stories, and interests — and personal connection is at the heart of what we do.

Our goal is to create an environment where conversations feel natural, friendships form easily, and no one feels lost in the crowd.

Smaller groups mean:

  • More meaningful interactions

  • Stronger bonds

  • A more relaxed and comfortable atmosphere

  • And an experience that feels personal, not overwhelming

We’re not just bringing people together — we’re creating space for authentic connection.

And that happens best when everyone truly knows they belong.

How is your pricing on group events broken down

Peace of Mind, Value, and Transparency

We’re proud to work with a highly competitive travel portal that gives us access to exceptional rates on flights, hotels, and transfer packages — allowing us to offer you excellent value without compromising on quality.

Even more importantly, every package we arrange is fully ATOL protected, giving you complete financial protection and peace of mind when booking your journey with us.

We believe travel should feel exciting — not uncertain — and your security is always a priority.

To keep everything clear and transparent, there are a few smaller, optional add-on expenses that are typically not included in the core package. These are personal choices and entirely up to you.

They may include:

  • Cash bar purchases

  • Personal gifts or souvenirs

  • Lunches and drinks outside of planned inclusions

  • Sightseeing or independent exploration activities

These options simply allow you the flexibility to tailor your experience in a way that feels right for you.

Our goal is to provide a beautifully structured, protected, and thoughtfully planned experience — with the freedom for you to add your own personal touches along the way.

We’re here to make your journey smooth, secure, and truly memorable.

Information on group flight ticketing

When you’re booking several tickets together, it’s completely understandable to expect a travel agent to provide a varied price range. In most cases, that’s exactly what happens. Typically, the first ticket may be available at a lower fare, and as more seats are added to the booking, the remaining tickets can become more expensive. This isn’t arbitrary — airlines adjust seat prices based on demand and availability, so as lower fare classes sell out, the system moves to higher pricing tiers.

I know that can feel frustrating, especially when you’re trying to keep costs fair and manageable for a group.

The good news is that we’re able to offer something different. Through our group account facility with British Airwaysand over 70 other major carriers, we can secure uniform pricing for your group. What this means for you is simple and reassuring: everyone pays the same agreed price.

Your seats are reserved for the selected travel date at that fixed rate, giving your group clarity and peace of mind. Each individual is then given time to confirm and settle their reserved seat by an agreed deadline, which makes coordination much easier.

Our group ticketing facility is available to anyone considering group airfares, and we’re always happy to talk through the options with you. The best first step is simply to reach out. The beauty is that we’ll guide you through it and help find the most suitable solution for your group’s needs.

Are your events escorted by a project manager

The answer is yes — absolutely.

Every one of our events is personally escorted by a dedicated Account Manager. Their role is to ensure that every attendee feels welcomed, supported, and genuinely looked after from beginning to end.

Your Account Manager is there to help foster positive, respectful, and memorable communication within the group — creating an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and included.

They also serve as the bridge between our attendees and the support teams handling all ground arrangements. Whether it’s coordinating with hotels, coach companies, restaurants, guided tours, or other local partners, your Account Manager ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so you can focus on enjoying the experience.

Their priority is simple:
To take care of the details — and take care of you.

Policy on refunds

Once your booking is confirmed, we’re unable to offer refunds. We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we gently suggest considering a travel insurance policy.

This way, if unexpected circumstances or health concerns arise, you can still feel supported and at ease.

A full refund would only be given should an event not reach a minimum final number.

What’s NOT accepted

At the heart of our community is a simple but powerful motto: we treat everyone with dignity, kindness, and respect. This is more than just a guideline — it’s the foundation that allows each person here to feel safe, seen, and valued.

We understand that everyone who joins us may be carrying their own story, especially experiences of heartbreak. Our events are thoughtfully created for individuals who are healing and seeking meaningful experiences that bring out the very best in their character — strength, compassion, growth, and authenticity.

To protect that space, we hold clear boundaries. Any behavior that falls short of respect toward another attendee will result in immediate removal from group activities. This ensures that our environment remains supportive, uplifting, and aligned with our purpose.

We are here to grow, to reconnect with ourselves, and to experience joy again — together.
